Welcome to 1 Dollis Drive, a stunning 8-bedroom house spread across 3 storeys. We take care of cleaning the communal areas every two weeks, so you can enjoy a tidy and comfortable living space. With excellent insulation and double-glazed windows, you’ll stay cozy and energy-efficient. We’ve got you covered with a convenient shower room and a separate bathroom equipped with a shower. Plus, there are two wc’s with washbasins for your convenience.
Our two fully equipped kitchens come with fridge freezers and ovens, and there’s a washing machine to take care of your laundry needs. The bedrooms and corridors feature stylish laminate flooring that’s easy to maintain. The bathroom floors showcase a sleek, hygienic, and easy-to-clean smooth finish trowelled décor quartz system. For your safety, we have a comprehensive smoke detection system and emergency lighting in case of power outages. Each bedroom is equipped with a lockable fire door and a separate security key that also works with the front door.
While we don’t provide furniture or curtains, we do offer curtain rails, a living room sofa, and all the essential kitchen appliances. The floorplan offers various room layouts, some of which can accommodate double beds. If you need beds, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Outside, you’ll find a charming garden with a delightful patio area to relax and enjoy. We have two parking spaces at the front of the property, and there’s ample on-street parking available. Living in this neighborhood, you’ll be part of a vibrant and welcoming student community, surrounded by fellow UCA students.
