Dollis Drive is a quiet Cul-de-Sac located 1 mile / 20 minutes walk from the University for the Creative Arts. There are 22 houses in the street, almost entirely occupied by students from the UCA, and so has a good student community which creates an ideal atmosphere for living in.

There is ample parking, however if you wish to cycle rather than drive there is a nice cycle route to the UCA along the River Wey, starting at the rear of Dollis Drive. There is also a Bus Stop at the end of Dollis Drive.

Dollis Drive is located next to a retail estate which has a Homebase, Argos, Halfords amongst other stores. There is a large Sainsburys a short walk away at Water Lane, and also plenty of supermarkets and shops in the town centre including a Waitrose next to UCA.
