Welcome to 17 Dollis Drive! This house offers 6 bedrooms across 3 storeys and is well-maintained for your comfort. This house has double glazed windows that provide excellent insulation. There’s a shower room and a separate bathroom, both equipped with showers, as well as two WCs with washbasins. The kitchens come with fridge freezers and ovens, and a washing machine is available for all your laundry needs. The bedrooms and corridors feature easy maintenance laminate flooring. The bathrooms flooring is smooth finish trowelled décor quartz, ensuring good hygiene and easy maintenance. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, and we have a comprehensive smoke detection system in place for your safety.
For added security, each bedroom has a lockable fire door with a separate security key that also unlocks the front door. We’ve made sure to provide curtain rails, a sofa in the living room, and kitchen appliances such as toasters and kettles. While most students prefer to bring their own beds, we can arrange bed sourcing upon request. Some rooms can accommodate double beds – check out the floorplan for room layouts.
Outside, you’ll find a garden with grass and a patio area. Two parking spaces are available at the front, and there’s plenty of on-street parking as well. You’ll be happy to know that the neighbouring houses are also occupied by students from the UCA, creating a vibrant and welcoming student community on the street.

Cleaning of communal areas every 2 weeks is included in the rent. Bills not included. House is unfurnished except for appliances. A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent will be paid to secure the room.
